Chicken wings: how to make them golden in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
1 kg (2 pounds) chicken wings
2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium white onion, sliced
60ml (¼ cup) white wine
120ml (½ cup) chicken stock
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
Salt and pepper

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. Layer the bottom of a greased baking pan with potato slices, seasoning it with a pinch of salt. Top with sliced onions.
3. Cut chicken wings in half, following the joint. Season with salt and pepper, and layer on top of the potatoes.
4. Pour chicken stock, wine, and olive oil on top of the dish and bake for 50 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through to achieve even browning.
