Finally, I found it: the perfect recipe for cheese paska

Today we will prepare a delicate, aromatic and very tasty cheese paska, which will decorate the Easter table. It is prepared very simply and quickly, and it turns out very tasty. Candied fruits, nuts or dried fruits can be used to fill this paska.

We will need:

  • 2 egg yolks,
  • 2 tbsp. sugar,
  • 160 ml of cream,
  • 2 Art. powdered sugar,
  • 100 g of butter,
  • 2 packages of cheese (360-400 g)
  • candied fruit

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

1. Add sugar and cream to the egg yolks, mix everything well, put on the stove and cook over low heat until thickened.

2. Add the prepared cream to the cheese and beat everything with an immersion blender (if you don’t have a blender, rub the cheese through a sieve and then mix with the cream).

3. Beat butter and powdered sugar with a mixer. Add to the cheese mixture and mix.

4. Add candied fruits (nuts, dried fruits).

5. Wrap the pastry mold tightly with cling film.

7. Put the curd mass in a mold, cover it with cling film and put it in the freezer for 4 hours.

8. After the allotted time, remove the paste from the freezer, remove it from the mold and put it in the refrigerator until it thaws.

9. Decorate the paska according to your wish and serve it to the table.
