- Kefir 1 cup

Preparation
- Add one egg, sugar, salt and vegetable oil to kefir, mix well.
- Sift 2 cups of flour (leave one cup of flour for dusting), add soda, mix and combine with kefir mass.
- Knead the soft dough, adding flour a little at a time, until you get a soft dough that can hold its shape, the dough will stick to your hands a little. The main thing is not to overdo it with flour, otherwise the khachapuri will be tough. Cover the dough with a napkin and let it stand.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add one egg and mix. The filling is ready.
- Form a sausage from the dough and cut it into 9 parts.
- Form a cake from each part of the dough,
- We put the cheese filling in the center,
- Then, pulling up the ends of the cakes, we collect them in the center and mold them together.
- Turn the resulting bag over and roll it out a little, then turn it over again and roll it out, but not too much.
- Bake khachapuri in a hot pan on both sides without oil until golden. For better baking, you can cover the pan with a lid.
- The finished khachapuri should be immediately greased with butter.
