Ingredients
200 g margarine
150 g sugar
half a pack of baking powder
850 g quark
4 eggs
150 g flour
2 packs of vanilla sugar
some lemon juice

That is how it goes:
- It’s that easy: First mix all the ingredients together and put them in a springform pan (26 or 24). Bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 1 hour.
- After baking, let the cake cool in the oven so that it doesn’t collapse.
Tips: Of course you can also enjoy the cake with fruit, simply add tangerine pieces, sour cherries or cherries to the dough.
