Mushroom ravioli are a filling first course. pasta, made with an egg puff pastry filled with sautéed mushrooms, ricotta and grated cheese. The sauce for mushroom ravioli is based on lightly salted butter and sage leaves, which enhance the delicate, yet strong flavor of the filling. They are perfect for a special occasion, for Christmas lunch and for the Sunday table, so tasty that they will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
Only seemingly complicated, making fresh pasta at home will give you great satisfaction, as long as you choose high-quality raw materials and very dry ricotta < /span>, to give it a nice touch of flavor. Grated parmesan (cow’s or goat’s milk, if you like more or less strong flavors) and, which you can buy fresh or frozen depending on availability, various mushrooms. The shape of your ravioli can be large or smaller, round or square. The filling is based on follow our advice for a truly impeccable result.

How to prepare mushroom ravioli

Make a well in the flour, add the eggs to the center and start kneading.

Knead the dough for a long time, until a dough begins to form.
