Ingredients:
220 g of 00 flour 200 g of Manitoba flour40 g of sugar Half a cube of fresh brewer’s yeast200 g of warm milk 1 egg 1 tablespoon of citrus liqueur 7 g of salt 50 g of butter 1 l of seed oil for frying Granulated sugar to taste for decoration
Preparation:
1. In a bowl combine the flours, sugar, crumbled yeast, liqueur, warm milk and egg. 2. Knead for about ten minutes. 3. April and incorporate salt and burro. 4. Cover and let rise for approximately two and a half hours. 5. Divide the dough into equal pieces (about 40 g each) and shape into donuts with your hands. 6. Let it rise for another hour and a half. 7. Fry in abundant oil until golden on both sides. 8. While still hot, roll them in sugar to decorate.
