Paprika potato balls: the recipe for a simple and delicious appetizer

Paprika potato balls are a delicious and easy to prepare appetizer , a recipe created for us by chef Michele Ghedini based on boiled potatoes , potato starch , parmesan , paprika , salt and pepper. Once all the ingredients have been mixed together, simply form the balls and fry them in boiling oil until golden brown. We served them with a beetroot sauce but you can enjoy them simply sprinkled with parmesan and chives or enjoy them with your favorite sauces.
