Biscuits with jam are simple and delicious shortcrust pastry sweets , ideal to serve as a snack with a cup of tea, perhaps together with pinched biscuits or the classic bull’s eye . In this recipe we will prepare the dough with flour , butter , corn starch , granulated and brown sugar , salt and egg yolk, so as to obtain a soft pastry that does not break. We then made the biscuits by forming balls, which will be crushed with the bottom of a glass, then forming a flower with our fingers, to make them more delicious. How to prepare biscuits with jam

Step 1
Combine the flour with the cornstarch and a pinch of salt
