INGREDIENTS
200g soft butter
140g sugar
10g vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
Lemon zest
1 egg
1 egg yolk
370g 00 flour 16g
baking powder
Sugar to cover the cookies

PREPARATION
1. Mix the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl. Get a creamy mixture. Add and incorporate the lemon zest, egg and egg yolk. Add the flour, baking powder and continue mixing until you obtain a compact dough.
2. Make balls with the dough and roll each one into a stick. Cover them completely with sugar.
3. Bake the cookies in the oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
