The cake is made from ordinary products, it turns out to be soft and tender.

You will need the following ingredients for cooking:
- – flour, 560 g;
- – eggs, 1 pc + yolk;
- – butter, 310 g;
- – salt, 2 g;
- – sugar, 207 g;
- – soda, quenched with vinegar, 1 g;
- – vanilla sugar, 1 bag;
- – jam or apple jam.
If you don’t have apple jam or jam, cook it so that these cakes come out just like when you were a child.
Chop the cooled butter with a knife and start whipping it with a mixer, then add salt and sugar, add vanilla sugar.
Beat the egg and yolk, pour a thin trickle into the whipped mass.
Extinguish the soda and add to the mass.
Sift the flour and introduce it into the dough in portions. It should be soft and elastic, cover with a film and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. If you have a large sheet, you can leave the dough as it is.
We roll out the dough about 8 mm thick on parchment and transfer it to a baking sheet. You can cover a baking sheet with parchment and use a rolling pin to transfer the dough.
Heat the oven to 240 degrees and bake for 8 to 15 minutes, it all depends on the oven.
We take out the cake, flatten it and grind the scraps with a blender – it will be sprinkled.
Spread the cake with jam, place the second cake on top and spread the jam on top and sprinkle with crumbs.
We leave the cake for a couple of hours at room temperature so that it soaks in and softens. Cut into portions.
