Step-by-step cooking process

Biscuit preparation.  First of all, combine all dry products: flour, cocoa, baking powder. All this must be sifted into a bowl. Then pour sugar, add vanilla and a pinch of salt to your taste. Stir and you can set aside.

In another dish, break eggs, pour oil, milk and mix with a whisk or mixer. After that, pour boiling water.

Pour the dry mixture into the liquid mixture and mix well.

Then pour soda and pour in apple cider vinegar, which can be replaced with lemon juice. Mix again.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the dough, level it over the entire surface.

If you want to bake a biscuit in a round shape, then its diameter should be 28 centimeters, and you will have to divide the dough in half and bake the biscuits in turn.

Place the dough in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 180 °. Check for doneness with a sharp wooden stick.

Let the finished biscuit cool first, and then cut it into two cakes. Cut the edges so that the cakes are the same.

Preparation of cream.  Condensed milk and butter should be at the same temperature, so take them out of the fridge beforehand and let them come to room temperature.

Beat soft butter until thick. It takes a couple of minutes to beat.

Pour the condensed milk into the butter in a thin stream and continue to beat for a few more minutes. The cream holds its shape perfectly and has a wonderful taste.

Assembling the cake.  Cover the cake with cream, place the second cake on it and cover the sides. Sprinkle with crumbs made from biscuit scraps.

Preparation of glaze.  Combine chocolate and milk in a saucepan and melt using a water bath. Pour over the top of the cake.

You can serve the cake or place it first in the refrigerator so that the cream hardens.
