Grilled potatoes are an easy to prepare and very tasty accompaniment, a tasty and light recipe to cook on the grill, on the grill, on the barbecue or in a non-stick pan, ideal when you are looking for an alternative to the classic baked potatoes or fries .
The particularity of this preparation is that the potatoes are not boiled before cooking: just cut them into thin slices and leave them in water for half an hour so that they are crispy on the outside and soft inside. To make them even tastier, we have chosen a simple condiment based on extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and aromatic herbs.
The secret to obtaining a good result is to cook the potatoes in their skins, which gives them an extra crunchy note and makes them more resistant to high temperatures. So choose potatoes with yellow flesh, fresh and with thin skins, preferring those organic and untreated, and put them on the grill still wet with water, so that they become super fragrant.
Discover how to prepare delicious grilled potatoes in minutes: they are perfect to accompany meat or fish main courses, and irresistible if served with classic or basil mayonnaise.
