Ingredients:
900 g of medium-sized potatoes
Water
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
Chili pepper
Chili oil (optional)
Grated parmesan cheese
30 g of corn starch
Rosemary
Fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes in half leaving the peel on.
2. Cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl mix garlic, olive oil, pepper, salt, chili pepper and chili oil.
4. Also stir in corn starch and a couple of tbsp of grated parmesan cheese.
5. Use this mixture to season the potatoes.
6. After coating it with baking paper, sprinkle a baking tray with some olive oil, parmesan cheese and finely chopped rosemary.
7. Place the seasoned potatoes.
8. Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
9. Once they’re done sprinkle with some chopped fresh parsley.
