Ingredients:

180 gr flour

80 gr potato starch

6 yolks

150 gr sugar

1 vanillin sachet

35 gr honey

4 egg whites

Directions:

Sift flour and starch. Then mix the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla and honey.

Also beat the egg whites until stiff. Then add everything and form the biscuits on the baking sheet, garnish and pleasure. Bake at 400°F (190°-200°) for 5 minutes.
