Dishwasher tablets are extremely concentrated and designed to dissolve stubborn grease, burnt-on food, and limescale—exactly the things that make our lives difficult around the house.
Here’s how to complete the entire process with just one tablet (or one at a time):

This is probably the best-known and most effective use for the tablet.
