This is a classic trick! At first glance, you might only see two holes, but if you count logically (and physically), you’ll arrive at a completely different number.

4 Standard Openings: Every T-shirt naturally has holes for the neck, the hem (bottom), and both sleeves.

2 Visible Holes: If you can see the background through the holes in the front, it means the fabric is perforated on both the front and back. That makes 2 holes in the front + 2 holes in the back = 4 holes.

All told, this T-shirt has a total of 8 holes.

Note: If the holes in the front were only on the front, you wouldn’t be able to “see through” them (unless you were looking up at it from underneath). However, in classic puzzle illustrations, they are usually cut out to perfectly match the original shapes.
