400 g soft creamy cottage cheese
190 g plain yogurt
5 tablespoons sugar (can be adjusted to taste)
3 tablespoons semolina
3 tablespoons plain flour
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation process
Whisk the eggs with a mixer until foamy.
Add the cottage cheese and yogurt and mix well.
Gradually stir in the semolina, flour and baking powder.
Finally, gently add the blueberries (frozen ones do not need to be thawed).
Line a mold or smaller baking sheet with baking paper and pour the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 30 minutes.
After baking, let it cool briefly, then you can carefully turn the dessert out onto a plate.
