Mixing: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, grated ginger, garlic, chopped spring onions and coriander, and salt and pepper. Knead until smooth.
Shaping: Shape the mixture into small walnut-sized balls. - Baking (The Cleanest Method)
Preheat: Preheat oven to $190\, \text{°C}$.
Baking: Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for $15-20\, \text{minutes}$, or until the balls are cooked through and golden brown.
Alternative method: You can also fry in a pan with a little oil until nicely browned on all sides. - The Sticky Glaze
Preparation: In a small saucepan, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and water.
Boil: Heat over medium heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and let thicken slightly. - Finish and Serve
