One universal dough, but endless possibilities! Just a few minutes of work, and you can make five different cookies – soft, elastic and irresistibly fragrant.

500 g fine flour
200 g butter (soft)
150 g sugar
2 eggs
1 baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
100 ml milk
a pinch of salt
Knead smooth dough, divide into 5 equal parts and adjust each piece according to the type of cookies:
⭐ 1) Vanilla cookies
Add to one part of the dough:
➡ 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
➡ 1 tablespoon extra sugar
After baking, roll it in powdered and vanilla sugar.
🍫 2) Cocoa biscuits
Mix the following to one part of the dough:
➡ 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
➡ 1 tablespoon of milk
You can also add chocolate chips.

🍋 3) Lemon biscuits
Add:
➡ Grated zest of 1 lemon
➡ 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
After baking, lightly sugar the biscuits.
🌰 4) Walnut biscuits
Add:
➡ 3 tablespoons of ground nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts)
➡ a few drops of rum
Put half a walnut on top.
🧁 5) Jam cookies
Poke small holes in them and fill with:
➡ currant
➡ apricot
➡ or raspberry jam

Bake everything at once on a baking sheet at 180 °C for about 12–15 minutes, depending on the size.
