📝 Ingredients
6 slices of bread or toast
12 slices of cheese
6 slices of your favorite cold meat
2 eggs
½ cup of milk

100 g of grated cheese for sprinkling

1️⃣ Prepare the bread and cold meat
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the slices of bread in it so that they form an even layer.

Briefly fry the cold meat in a pan over medium heat to get a better taste and lightly brown it. Then cut it into smaller pieces.

2️⃣ Layering the ingredients
Spread the slices of cheese on the bread, add the fried cold meat and continue with the next layer as needed.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and pour this mixture evenly over the entire casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and the casserole is nicely cooked.
