80 g powdered sugar

1 packet vanilla sugar

pinch of cinnamon (optional)

pinch of salt

(For coating after baking)

powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar

Preparation:
Blend the butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add the ground walnuts, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt, mix together.

Finally, mix in the flour – you will get a soft but not sticky dough.

Wrap the dough in aluminum foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Grease the bear paw molds with butter and sprinkle with flour (if they are metal).

Press a piece of dough into the molds – about ¾ of the height of the mold.

Bake at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-12 minutes, until the paws start to smell slightly fragrant and the edges are golden brown.

Let them cool briefly in the tins, then carefully unmold them.

Roll in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar while still warm.
