Ingredients for 6 people– 250 g *large prawns, peeled and deveined– 6 tablespoons of olive oil– 4 crushed garlic cloves– 4 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley– zest of 1 lime– zest of 1 large lemon– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper– 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs– 15 g of butter– salt and pepper to taste– fresh baguette (to dip in the sauce)
Come on I’m nice, even those without a scale must try this tasty recipe, so I had fun counting, 250 g = about 32 large prawns 🙂
Preparation of the recipe
1- Heat the oven to 220°C.
Pour the olive oil into a baking dish, large enough so that all the prawns are placed flat.
2- In a bowl, mix the shrimp well with all the other ingredients, except the butter.
3- Place the dish containing the oil in the hot oven. Leave for 5-6 minutes or until the oil is hot. Remove the dish from the oven and lay the shrimp flat on it. Sprinkle the butter in pieces over the shrimp. Leave to cook for 8-10 mins. Taste, and add salt and/or pepper if necessary, and mix.
To be tasted immediately with a nice slice of fresh baguette, to dress up the exquisite sauce.
