This recipe is the perfect example of some simple ingredients can be born with a really wonderful, tasteful dish. The combination of garlic and cream makes the sauce incredibly creamy and silky, while the chicken film remains butter and juicy. In addition, it can be made in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breast fillets
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4-5 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
250 ml of cooking cream
100 ml of chicken base (or water)
1 teaspoon dried oregano (or thyme)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley to serve

Wipe the chicken breast fillet dry with a paper towel. Slightly salt and pepper both sides.
Baking the chicken:
In a large frying pan, read the butter with the oil at medium to high temperature.
Insert the chicken sketches in the pan and bake both sides for 3-4 minutes until they get a golden brown bark. Don’t bake it completely, the point is the nice color. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
Preparation of sauce:
Reduce heat and place the sliced garlic in the pan. Toast for 1-2 minutes until it smells. Take care, don’t burn!
Pour the chicken base (or water) into the pan and scrap it up with a wooden spoon on the bottom of the tasty snacks.
Add the cooking cream and oregano, then boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Taste it and, if necessary, salt and pepper.
Completion:
Return the chicken sketches in the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is completely scrubbed. Make sure that the sauce coats the meat.
Sprinkle with fresh, chopped parsley before serving.
