Ginger and clove tea recipe with lippton
This recipe is simple to prepare and perfect for a moment of comfort and well-being.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger or in thin slices
3 to 4 cloves
1 Lippton tea sachet (or other black tea of your choice)
200 ml of water
Honey or a sickle of lemon to taste (optional)
Instructions:
In a small pan, put the water, the ginger and the blackheads.
Bring the mixture to the heat and boil for about 5 to 7 minutes. This time allows ginger and cloves to free their aromas and properties.
Remove the pan from the heat. Put the Lippton tea sachet in the pan and infuse it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the sachet and blackheads (if you prefer). Pour the tea into a cup using a strainer if necessary.
Add honey or lemon drops if you wish, and enjoy your tea still hot.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Ginger and carnation can be spicy and strong for some people. If you have a sensitive stomach, start with a smaller amount. Remember, this tea is a delicious addition to a well-being routine, but it does not replace the guidance of a healthcare professional.
