Lemon cheesecake: the recipe for a creamy and fragrant dessert

Ingredients: – For the base: 150 g of dry biscuits 80 g of butter – For the cream: 200 ml of cream for desserts 100 g of sugar 250 g of spreadable cheese Vanilla essence to taste 60ml of lemon juice 8 g of gelatin sheets- For the glaze: 60ml of orange juice 60ml of lemon juice 80 g of sugar 15 g of corn starch 

Preparation: 1. Prepare the base by combining melted butter and crumbled biscuits. 2. Use the mixture to line the base of a round cake tin, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. 3. After hydrating, add the gelatin to the lemon juice. 4. Then cook the mixture for a few minutes. 5. Combine the cream, sugar, vanilla essence, cheese, and the lemon-gelatin mixture. 6. Pour the cream over the biscuit base and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours. 7. For the topping, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and starch in a saucepan. 8. Bring the mixture to the heat and cook until it thickens. 9. Once cooled, pour it over the cake. 10. Decorate with lemon slices and a few mint leaves.
