Infusion of raspberry leaves with brandy: a huge and homemade tonic for women 🌿🥃

750 ml of good quality brandy (or cognac)

Instructions:
Prepare the raspberry leaves: Make sure the raspberry leaves are completely dry. If you use it fresh, wash them well and leave them in the air or a paper towel until moisture. Choose them slightly to release their properties.
Combine the ingredients: place the raspberry in the sterilized glass jar.
Add the brandy: pour the brandy into the raspberry leaves, make sure they are completely immersed. This is essential for good infusion and avoiding mold formation. If you use honey, you can now add it and remove it well until it dissolves or give it to the end if you set the sweetness after the infusion.
Seal and mix: Close the bottle tightly with the lid. Gently shake it to make sure everything mixes well.
Infusion and relaxation: Keep the bottle in a fresh and dark place (away from direct sunlight) for 4-6 weeks. Gently shake the bottle every few days to help the ingredients properly.
