Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Crush the cookies until they are in small pieces. Mix with the melted butter until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Place the biscuit mixture in the bottom of a 20 cm diameter tart pan, pressing well to make it compact.
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface with a spatula.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until the surface is golden brown and the tart has set. Let cool at room temperature.
- Once the cake is cold, decorate with red fruit jam to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving so that it thickens and the flavors settle.
