Ingredients:
🍊juice of 2 oranges (zest 1 orange)
🍊4 eggs
🍊2 cups of sugar
🍊½ cup of oil
🍊2 cups self-raising flour
Elaboration
Mix the orange juice, zest, eggs, sugar and oil in a blender.
Move to another container, and add the flour. Mix well.
Overturn a previously buttered mold and take it to a preheated oven. (30 to 45 minutes approx) You can sprinkle with cinnamon or imp sugar.
Very simple and delicious!!
They can also be used for a lemon cake, or carrot cake
