Ingredients:
200 g of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder
75 grams of sugar
75 grams of butter
1 egg
Knead all the ingredients and pour into a greased springform pan.
Cover the bottom and a small edge.
Filling:
500 g low-fat quark
1 cup crème fraiche
1 cup whipped cream
3 eggs
200 grams sugar
125 g butter
1 flan powder vanilla flavor
Juice of half a lemon
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into springform mold
A 180 degree heat up/down
bake for about 60 minutes
