Cut the apples into thin slices.<br>2. Prepare a bowl of water and lemon juice.<br>3. Dip the apples inside.<br>4. Mix the jam with the water in a pan, then strain.<br>5. Cut out rectangles of puff pastry and cover them with jam and apples.<br>6.
