Without milk, butter and oil, thanks to the oil naturally contained in dried fruit, it has a coarse consistency, halfway between a cake and a very crumbly biscuit, and is perfect for breakfast or a snack accompanied by a cup of tea smoking. You can garnish it with a cocoa glaze and also enjoy it as a dessert at the end of the meal. Genuine and nutritious, it is also suitable for those who are intolerant to dairy products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almond cake can also be made with other types of flour , such as 0 or 00, spelled or oat flour. You can replace a small part of the almonds with the same quantity of walnuts or hazelnuts or, if you prefer, you can add chocolate chips , for an even tastier result. You can incorporate some raisins and flavor the dough with cinnamon, vanilla or grated citrus peel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Find out how to prepare almond cake following the step-by-step procedure and advice.
