How to prepare courgette rolls with oven
In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic, parsley, basil, rosemary, pepper and salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cut the zucchini lengthwise. Then brush the zucchini slices with seasoned oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cook them in a skillet on both sides until golden brown and softened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place the baked chicken breast on each slice and a piece of cheese on one side. To roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Grease the bottom of the pan with the oil. Sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs and lay out the buns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add the cheese cubes, parmesan and breadcrumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
