In a bowl add the flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, and salt and mix with a spatula. When the dough starts to form knead with your hands to obtain a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 20 minutes.<br>2. In a bowl with spinach add the garlic, eggs, pepper, salt, and feta cheese and mix all well with a spatula.<br>3. After time has elapsed cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll out each piece to obtain the rectangle shape.<br>4. Spread the prepared filling on the half-rolled dough, pushing to the edge. Sprinkle with mozzarella and fold another side of the dough. Press down the edges to close it well on all sides.<br>5. Pour the olive oil into the pan and transfer the golzeme. Cook, lightly pressing down, until deep golden and crispy.
