{"id":2428,"date":"2023-07-25T15:23:36","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T12:23:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tastyfood.top\/?p=2428"},"modified":"2023-07-25T15:23:37","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T12:23:37","slug":"strawberry-bombs-they-are-irresistible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tastyfood.top\/?p=2428","title":{"rendered":"Strawberry bombs: they are irresistible!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Super delicious and easy to make!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300g (2 cups) flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">45g (1\/4 cup) sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7g dry yeast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">140ml (3\/5 cup) warm milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">40g (1\/4 cup) softened butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For decoration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whipped cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strawberries, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Powdered sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a medium bowl combine sugar, yeast, and milk and stir to dissolve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whisk in egg. Add flour and salt, and start to mix the dough with a spatula. Then continue to knead it with your hands until you receive an elastic dough.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add softened butter and continue to knead until butter is fully incorporated into the dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form a ball from the dough, cover with a kitchen cloth or plastic wrap, and allow to rise for an hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a ball. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flatten each ball a bit and roll it again into a ball.
