Cut pastry into muffin tray-size circles.<br>2. Place each cut in a hole in the muffin tray.<br>3. Mix ricotta cheese, yogurt, eggs, and sunflower oil in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.<br>4. Pour the mixture into each muffin hole with the pastry.<br>5. Add peas, corn, cheese, and ham, just cheese, multicolored peppers, and cherry tomatoes.<br>6.
