Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.\u00a0<br>2. Separately, combine flour and baking powder, sift them and incorporate them into the dough.\u00a0<br>3. Add to the zest and juice of the lemon.\u00a0<br>4. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 180\u00b0 for 25 minutes.\u00a0<br>5. Cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then cut the cake into two layers.\u00a0<br>\u00a06. Whip the cream with the icing sugar and the cheese.<br>\u00a07. Hydrate the gelatine and incorporate it into the compound.<br>\u00a08. Finally add the diced fruit.<br>\u00a09. Assemble the dessert, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.\u00a0<br>10.
