Ingredients<br>II. Preparation (Really Under 5 Minutes!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation (2 minutes)<br>Turn on the oven: Preheat the oven to $180\\, \\text{\u00b0C}$ (bottom-top baking).<br>Lining the pan: Line a baking sheet\/pan with parchment paper, or grease and flour it.<br>Apples: Peel and dice the apples (you can make this ahead of time if you\u2019re pressed for time), then mix with the cinnamon.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the batter (3 minutes)<br>Wet base: In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or wooden spoon to mix together the eggs, oil, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until the sugar is slightly dissolved.<br>Dry base: Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix the batter together, but only until the flour is just gone! Don\u2019t overmix, or the batter will be chewy.<br><br><br>Adding the apples: By hand, gently mix half of the cinnamon-coated apple cubes into the batter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake<br>Bake: Pour batter into pan.
