{"id":1713,"date":"2023-06-24T19:35:37","date_gmt":"2023-06-24T16:35:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tastyfood.top\/?p=1713"},"modified":"2023-06-24T19:35:37","modified_gmt":"2023-06-24T16:35:37","slug":"strawberry-panna-cotta-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tastyfood.top\/?p=1713","title":{"rendered":"Strawberry Panna Cotta Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INGREDIENTS FOR\u00a0\u00a06\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0YIELDS\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>650g (23oz) Strawberries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup (120ml) Whole milk, divided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00bc cups (300ml) Heavy cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon Vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 cup (67g) Sugar + 3 tablespoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7g Gelatin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinch Salt&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DIRECTIONS\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Puree the strawberries. Strain through a very fine sieve. Divide into 2\/3 and 1\/3. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. In a small bowl whisk gelatin and milk. Set aside for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Place heavy cream, milk sugar and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer, until sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Remove from heat add vanilla extract. Stir in gelatin and immediately whisk until smooth and dissolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Add 2\/3 of the strawberry puree and whisk until incorporated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Pour into the serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. For the topping: place the remaining 1\/3 strawberry puree in a saucepan, add 3 tablespoon sugar and lemon juice. Heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool and pour over the panna cotta.
