Pour $\\mathbf{1.25 \\text{ dl }}$ (i.e. half a cup) of cold whipped cream over it.<br>Heating: Melt the chocolate in the cream in a microwave (in short, $30 \\text{ second}$ intervals) or over steam. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.<br>Cooling: Let the melted chocolate base cool to lukewarm. It is important that it is not too hot, otherwise it will ruin the whipped cream!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating the Bubbles<br><br><br>Whipping: Whip the remaining $\\mathbf{1.75 \\text{ dl }}$ (i.e. three-quarters of a cup) of whipped cream until stiff.<br>Assembly: Using a wooden spoon or spatula, gently swirl the whipped cream into the lukewarm chocolate.
