Sometimes we feel like something sweet, but we don\u2019t want to spend hours in the kitchen or think about what else to buy. And that\u2019s when this simple apple cake made with four basic ingredients that most of us have on hand at home comes in handy.
The recipe is quick, fragrant and the result is a beautifully soft cake that tastes like grandma\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you will need
3 large apples
3 eggs
200 g sugar
150 g plain flour
Nothing more \u2013 and yet the cake is incredibly good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation method<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Preparing the dough
    Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a mixer until foamy.
    Then gradually add the sugar and flour and mix until you get a smooth, slightly liquid dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Pour the first part of the dough onto the baking sheet
    Line the baking sheet with baking paper and pour half of the prepared dough onto it.
    This will create the base of the cake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Slice the apples
    Peel the apples (if you want) and slice them into thin slices.
    The thinner they are, the more they will bond with the dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Lay the apples
    Spread the apple slices evenly over the dough.
    Then pour the second half of the dough over everything.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Bake
    Put the cake in an oven preheated to 180 \u00b0C and bake for approximately 50 minutes, until beautifully golden brown.
    After baking, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
