Plus, they have such a delicious cinnamon and apple scent that you\u2019ll fall asleep right after eating them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\uddfa Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 ml kefir (or natural yogurt)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tablespoons sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">330 g wheat flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 apples (preferably sweet and juicy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A little oil for frying<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Optional: cinnamon, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar for sprinkling<br>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt in a bowl until the sugar crystals dissolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 Add the kefir and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and knead a soft, slightly sticky dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Cover with aluminum foil or a kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5\ufe0f\u20e3 Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove their cores and dice them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6\ufe0f\u20e3 Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle on a floured rolling pin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7\ufe0f\u20e3 Evenly distribute the apples over the entire surface \u2013 you can sprinkle with a little cinnamon or vanilla sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8\ufe0f\u20e3 Shape the dough into a stick and cut into smaller pieces (about 2 cm wide).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9\ufe0f\u20e3 Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the snails until golden brown on both sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf6f To serve:<br>Sprinkle the still warm snails with powdered sugar \u2013 or make a yogurt sauce with a little honey and cinnamon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result?
