It sounds like you and Ocho\u2014whoever he may be\u2014have formed a very special and unusual friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s touching to hear how you care for him by offering him a cotton ball with water every day. That shows a lot of empathy and respect for the little creature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Ocho is a frog or a lizard: The damp cotton swab is a fantastic idea, since amphibians and reptiles need a lot of humidity, and your bathroom with the orchid provides an ideal, humid microclimate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Ocho is a spider or an insect: Many spiders and insects can&#8217;t drink from open water because they risk drowning. A damp cotton swab or cotton ball is the perfect, safe water source for them, as they can absorb the water slowly and safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your bathroom is clearly a perfect, peaceful haven for him, thanks to the plant and the humidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is truly a heartwarming story of coexistence.
