Melt the butter and sugar in a pan. When the sugar starts to brown, add the pears and cinnamon. Cook until soft and caramelize (about 5-7 minutes). Cool.
Brie cream: Remove the rind from the brie cheese and blend it with the mascarpone and powdered sugar. Fold in the whipped cream.
Layering (“Snowflake Pudding”):
Place a layer of biscuit crumbs on the bottom of the glass.
Spoon half of the brie cream on top.
Then half of the caramelized pears.

Repeat the layers.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar (the “snowflake”) and garnish with chopped walnuts.
With this recipe, sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy elements create the perfect winter harmony!

Would you like me to find one of the similarly exciting recipes I found (like the pear and walnut brie pie) in more detail?

This is the kind of fantasy recipe where the meeting of salty and sweet flavors and the winter atmosphere gives the real experience!
