It does not involve any special fertilizer, but rather imitating its natural environment.

A Simple Temperature Trick
The main trick for most common orchid species (such as Phalaenopsis) is to ensure that the temperature drops at night.

How to do it: Move your orchid for a few weeks to a place where the temperature at night is 5-10°C lower than during the day. Ideally, place it in a hallway, on a windowsill in a cooler room, or by an open window (but beware of drafts!).
Ideal temperature: The temperature should drop to around 16-18°C at night, while the daytime temperature remains at the usual 20-25°C.

Why it works: This temperature difference simulaes the arrival of cooler weather, which is a signal to the orchid that it is time to form a new flower stem.
Other important tips for flowering
Proper light: Orchids need bright, indirect light. If the leaves are darkening, they are not getting enough light. If they are yellowing or burning, they are getting too much.
Watering: Water only when the substrate is almost dry. It is best to immerse the pot in lukewarm water for a few minutes and let the orchid soak. Then let it drain well.

Fertilization: Use a special fertilizer for orchids, but do not overdo it. Fertilize only during the growing season and in a smaller amount than indicated on the package.
Patience: The flower stem will appear within a few weeks, and the flowers will develop in a few more months. Patience is key!
A combination of proper care and a temperature shock will help your orchid shine again

There is one very simple and effective trick to encourage an orchid to bloom again.
