Pour 6 drizzles of honey on top of the baking paper.<br>2. Spread a little with a spoon.<br>3. Place apple slices on top of each drizzle of honey.<br>4. Add a splash of honey on top of the apples and place a rectangle of puff pastry on top of each batch of apples. Press the edges down well with your fingers. Brush with egg.<br>5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180\u00baC (356\u00baF).<br>6.
