Prepare the base by combining melted butter and crumbled biscuits.&nbsp;2. Use the mixture to line the base of a round cake tin, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.&nbsp;3. After hydrating, add the gelatin to the lemon juice.&nbsp;4. Then cook the mixture for a few minutes.&nbsp;5. Combine the cream, sugar, vanilla essence, cheese, and the lemon-gelatin mixture.&nbsp;6. Pour the cream over the biscuit base and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours.&nbsp;7. For the topping, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and starch in a saucepan.&nbsp;8. Bring the mixture to the heat and cook until it thickens.&nbsp;9. Once cooled, pour it over the cake.&nbsp;10.
