\u00b01\/4 cup powdered sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b01 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n
INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In saucepan, bring water, butter & salt to a boil on medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the flour all at once and stir constantly until the mixture forms a ball and moves away from the sides of the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remove the pan from the heat and let cool for a few minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously after each addition until the dough is smooth and shiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Using a spoon or socket bag, place the dough in small rounds on the prepared baking sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the flakes are golden brown and crispy. Removing from the oven and let cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the thick cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once the pastries have cooled, cut them in half horizontally and fill them with the whipped cream mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
