Your whole family will love this tasty casserole full of beef, rice, corn, and tons of taco flavor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 lb Ground Beef<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Small Onion (Diced)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt &amp; Pepper (To taste)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp Taco Seasoning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp Garlic Powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup White Rice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 cups Beef Broth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 15 oz can Corn (Drained)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 oz Tomato Sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 cup Salsa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup Shredded Cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How To Make One Pot Mexican Rice Casserole:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper and cook until brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle the beef with garlic powder and taco seasoning and stir until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the beef broth to the pan along with the tomato sauce, and salsa and rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add Corn and stir until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cover the pan and bring to a boil. Adjust the heat to low and continue to simmer for about 18 to 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover again.
